Due to the volume of phone calls, we can only answer your questions through email. Phone orders are not available.

***PLEASE READ THIS STATEMENT BEFORE YOU CONTACT US*** All orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 days.(Excluding weekends and holidays.) Orders will typically arrive in: 3-4 days to the Central States 5-8 days to West or East Coast States under normal conditions and weather.

***SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE***
Please make selection on Check-Out form. Express service: $5.00 - $15.00 (Dependent on the number of items you order.) Shipping charges are determined after order is received.

***Return and Exchange Policy***
* Standard Skirts (poodle, leash, rhinestone collar) may ONLY be exchanged for a different size.
* NO Exchanges or Returns on Custom Poodle Skirts, which includes made-to-fit sizes, records, music notes, embroidery, etc.
* The following items may be exchanged for a different color or size:
shoes (size), glasses, scarves, or belts.
* Customers requesting returns and exchanges will be responsible for shipping costs.
*In the event items need to be returned, the customer will be responsible for a $10 restocking fee.

Items may be returned:

1. If the package is unopened.
2. If the package has been opened, but returned to Annie’s Poodle Skirts with a postmark date no later than 1 business day after receipt of the package, AND ONLY if the items have not been worn.**

**If items are returned in worn condition, customers will receive no refund.
